Balanced is about embracing all the different emotions and sides of yourself, even when they seem to contradict each other. It is this complexity that makes you stronger and brings balance and inner peace.

We often focus only on feeling good, while true beauty also exists in chaos and uncertainty. The darker and more uncertain moments are necessary to truly appreciate the lighter parts of ourselves.

This work is mainly about self-love and acceptance.
